How do I brew kopi at home?
Brewing kopi at home has never been easier. All bundle and tasting kit orders comes with a brewing guide!
No fancy equipment needed, just your kettle, 2 mugs and condensed milk will do.

How long can I store my coffee after receiving?
We recommend consuming one bag of coffee within 4 weeks where its aroma and taste is best!
It is still safe to consume for up to 12 months upon receiving :)
What is the best way to store my coffee?
All our coffees are packaged in resealable bags to keep it fresh for weeks.
We recommended keeping it in dry places away from strong sunlight to keep it fresh for long if you don't brew often :)
Allergens and dietary restrictions
Our coffees are vegetarian friendly!
While each blend is torrefacto roasted with only margarine, the same facility is used to process butter as well, so it is not recommended for strict vegans.
Our classic blend contain maize (aka corn).
We are not halal certified at the moment.
How do I maintain my coffee brewing sock?
Scoop away coffee grounds and rinse thoroughly after each use.
Squeeze dry the cloth by pressing with both palms before hanging to dry.
We recommend removing the cloth from the metal handle to wring dry if you don't have much sunlight in your kitchen.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major payment methods including debit and credit cards, Google Pay etc.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No, we do not accept cash payments, all orders are sent by mail packages.
Shipping
Pre-orders
Pre-orders placed in April 2023 will be prepared as soon as we restock. They will be shipped out around early May, or sooner!
Where are you based? Do you ship internationally?
We're proudly Singapore based! At the moment, we only ship locally.
How do you ship orders?
Single item orders are sent via Singpost Basic Package (Untracked). Orders with 2 or more items may be sent via courier.
Shipping for all orders will cost $1.99!
What is the minimum order for free shipping?
All orders above $30 will enjoy free shipping
I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
We will ship out orders within 4-5 working days. Basic packages should take about 2 working days to arrive after we send it out!
I have not received my order
If you have not received your order after 7 days since ordering, please inform us at hello@sabanacoffee.sg
Exchange & Refunds
I would like to change/cancel my order
Write to us at hello@sabanacoffee.sg if you would like to change items or cancel your order. Only orders that have yet to be shipped out can be changed or cancelled.
I received wrong or damaged orders
We're sorry to hear that! Please inform us at hello@sabanacoffee.sg along with photos, we will investigate the issue and get back to you ASAP. We will arrange an exchange for wrong or damaged orders.
